Program Manager- Microsoft Dynamics365 CRM

Role: Program Manager Location: Bridgewater, NewJersey 20+ years of industry experience as a Program manager with experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. An equivalent combination of education, certification, and relevant experience may be considered. Responsibilities : u2022 Manage complex development projects on-time, on-budget and within client specifications. u2022 Lead and collaborate with team solution and technical architects to identify and recommend CRM based solutions, integration points and related implementation architecture for business usage improvements, scalability, and performance. u2022 Oversee architects and developers make sure requirements are being met. u2022 Identify detailed business requirements to support CRM implementation within the scope of prioritized enhancements and projects. u2022 Lead and collaborate with team members to develop comprehensive training materials and other change management collateral as appropriate for each initiative, deliver training to super users and end-users as appropriate. u2022 Work with technical experts to support and ensure that the technical design aligns with overall business needs. u2022 Evaluate possible application performance bottlenecks at the early stages of the implementation & recommend remedial measures. u2022 Help build reusable assets for use in future projects. Desired Skills and Experience: u2022 Overall 20+ years of CRM experience and minimum 10+ years of project management experience with packaged software. u2022 Ability to take complex client and vendor concepts and articulate them to audiences of varying perception levels. u2022 Ability to lead enterprise engagements, facilitate meetings, and lead customer support projects. u2022 Ability to collaborate with clients and lead project teams in creating solutions that supports the business requirements and business processes. u2022 Excellent written, verbal presentation and organizational skills, ability to interface with all levels and business units. u2022 Must work independently in complex fast paced environment to ensure quality and timeliness of system information. u2022 Nice to have experience with delivery of CRM serving as Program manager. u2022 Experience in professional services/consulting organization. u2022 Experience in enterprise rollouts. u2022 Experience working with enterprise development teams. Preferred Skills: u2022 Life Science Domain (Preferably Indirect Sales Channel or Partner Sales Channel). u2022 Safe Agile and PMP certification. u2022 Hands-on experience with agile / scrum methodology. u2022 Experience with collaborating with developers, clients, other business analysts, Solution Architects, Release Manager Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $165,000 to $185,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans.
