Description We are looking for a skilled and proactive Customer Service Manager to oversee operational efficiency and team performance within a dynamic real estate environment. This short-term contract to permanent position is based in Jackson, Mississippi, and involves managing customer service processes, ensuring compliance, and fostering effective communication with clients and staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership abilities while demonstrating expertise in customer service management. Responsibilities: u2022 Supervise and ensure employees meet contractual obligations related to mail services and operational requirements. u2022 Conduct interviews, onboard new talent, evaluate performance, and take disciplinary action as needed. u2022 Oversee employee time-off tracking and approvals to maintain workforce consistency. u2022 Prepare and submit monthly reports on mailroom and receptionist desk metrics. u2022 Enforce and maintain safety, environmental, and security standards in the workplace. u2022 Recommend process improvements to enhance operations, equipment usage, and customer satisfaction. u2022 Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members. u2022 Meet with clients to discuss management updates and fulfill contractual expectations. u2022 Manage administrative tasks such as scanning invoices, processing reimbursements, and handling vendor-related concerns. u2022 Coordinate conference room management, ensuring equipment functionality and supply availability. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience in mailroom operations or a related field. u2022 Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and administrative tasks. u2022 Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage teams effectively. u2022 Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and staff. u2022 Flexibility to work overtime on short notice when required. u2022 Reliable transportation for commuting and occasional travel. u2022 Familiarity with customer account management, dispatch systems, and call center operations. u2022 Commitment to delivering superior customer service and maintaining high standards.
