Description Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk (Temp-to-Hire) Location: Tulsa, OK u2013 100% Onsite Schedule: Mondayu2013Friday, 8:00 AMu20135:00 PM Duration: 90-day temp-to-hire Pay Rate: $20u2013$25 per hour (DOE) Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk for a 100% onsite, temp-to-hire opportunity in Tulsa. This role will support day-to-day AR operations in a fast-paced, blue-collar work environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with billing, collections, and bank reconciliations and is comfortable working closely with operations and accounting teams. Key Responsibilities: + Process and post customer payments accurately + Generate and distribute invoices and billing statements + Perform collections activities, including follow-up on past-due accounts + Complete bank and cash account reconciliations + Maintain accurate AR records and documentation + Research and resolve payment discrepancies + Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams + Support month-end AR close activities Requirements Required Qualifications: + Prior experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, and collections + Experience with bank reconciliations + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Comfortable working in a blue-collar / operations-driven environment + Reliable, punctual, and able to work fully onsite Preferred Qualifications: + Experience with accounting or ERP systems + Strong communication and customer service skills + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
