AI Process Engineer

This hands-on engineering role is responsible for designing, building, and implementing AI-powered workflow automation solutions to drive operational and financial value across Infrastructure Operations. The AI Process Engineer will lead technical initiatives, deliver scalable automation, and serve as a subject matter expert for workflow automation and AI integration across ICEu2019s mission-critical environments. The role requires excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Responsibilities + Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI and automation projects, from ideation and requirements gathering through deployment and monitoring. + Design, develop, and maintain robust workflows in collaboration with other engineers and business users. + Serve as the technical SME for AI workflow automation, providing guidance on best practices. + Gather and apply lessons learned from organizational feedback, ensuring continuous improvement in AI build initiatives. + Ensure that all automation solutions comply with ICEu2019s security, compliance, and change management standards. Knowledge and Experience + Bacheloru2019s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. + 5+ years of professional experience in engineering or process automation roles. + Minimum 2 years of direct, hands-on experience leading and building AI/automated solutions. + Demonstrated ability to identify, architect, build, and deploy workflow automations at scale. + Strong knowledge of two or more workflow orchestration tools such as n8n, PowerAutomate, Copilot Studio, and Moveworks. + Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, and vector databases. + Programming skills in JavaScript and Python. + Strong analytical and critical thinking. + Excellent communication and documentation skills.
