Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced, outcomeu2011driven Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of digital capabilities that power our Sales organization. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and user experienceu2014shaping how our sellers work, how leaders gain insight, and how we leverage Dynamics 365 , Power Platform , and AI (Copilot Studio) to drive revenue acceleration and operational excellence. You will own the product vision, prioritize the roadmap, and partner closely with Sales leadership, Architecture, TPMs, and crossu2011functional stakeholders to maximize business value. Drive Business Value Through Stakeholder Partnership + Engage Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Operations, and Technology leaders. + Translate business needs into outcomes, hypotheses, and measurable value. + Facilitate prioritization and tradeu2011off decisions across competing requirements. Lead Requirements & Backlog Management + Author clear epics, features, and user stories with testable acceptance criteria. + Maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog balancing new capabilities, technical debt, and compliance needs. + Ensure Definition of Ready/Done standards and regulatory requirements are met. Guide Agile Delivery + Cou2011lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews. + Partner with TPM/Scrum Master to ensure healthy team practices. + Align crossu2011team dependencies across Architecture, Data, DevOps, and other product teams. Measure Outcomes & Drive Adoption + Define and track KPIs/OKRs: adoption, revenue/cycleu2011time improvements, quality, predictability. + Partner with change management to drive enablement and user readiness. + Review telemetry and postu2011release outcomes to inform roadmap adjustments. What you will bring to the team: + 7u201310+ years as a Product Owner/Manager or Business Analyst in CRM or Sales technology domains. + Handsu2011on experience with Dynamics 365 CE , Power Platform , and/or AIu2011enabled capabilities. + Strong understanding of Sales processes: lead/opportunity management, pipeline forecasting, quoting, seller experience, customer engagement. + Proven ability to turn business needs into product strategy and actionable user stories. + Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and executiveu2011ready storytelling. + Experience working in Agile delivery teams and tools such as Azure DevOps. + Bacheloru2019s in Business, IT, or related field; certifications like CSPO , PLu2011200 , AIu2011102 are a plus.
