Safety Administrator, Central Investigation Team

Amazon is currently looking for a Safety Administrator to join our Middle Mile team at Amazon Transportation Services (ATS). The Safety Administrator will support ATS-RMC (Relay Marketplace Carriers) Program Management team. The successful candidate will be highly organized, extremely detail oriented, self-motivated, and demonstrate ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities. Must have the ability to communicate well and to manage multiple assignments simultaneously. Key job responsibilities u2022 Provide administrative support and high-volume data management. u2022 Gain and manage access to vendor work order portals in accordance with provided instructions. u2022 Utilize tracking sheets and portals to monitor project completion and progress. u2022 Conduct thorough reviews of weekly vendor reports to ensure compliance with project standards. u2022 Maintain comprehensive tracking records for all projects. u2022 Provide regular updates on project completion metrics to the Program Manager. u2022 Report any installation or vendor performance issues to the Program Manager. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate record-keeping in relevant administrative systems. u2022 Handle repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to detail. u2022 Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within our processes and policies. u2022 Demonstrate a history of teamwork and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. u2022 Be prepared to work overtime as needed to meet time-sensitive tasks. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
