JOB REQUIREMENTS: Join our team as a Traveling ConstructionSuperintendent We're seeking an experienced Traveling ConstructionSuperintendent to lead field operations across projects throughoutWisconsin, with opportunities to take on out-of-state assignments in thefuture. This role is ideal for a highly adaptable construction leaderwho can quickly integrate into new project teams while consistentlydelivering safe, organized, and high-quality jobsites. You'll serve asthe on-site leader and primary field representative, playing a criticalrole in delivering predictable, profitable, and well-run projects. WhatYou'll Do Lead all field operations from project kickoff throughcloseout across multiple project locations Serve as the on-site point ofcontact for subcontractors, inspectors, and ownership representativesSet the tone for professionalism, accountability, and safety on everyjobsite Develop, maintain, and drive the project schedule incoordination with the Project Manager Coordinate subcontractors,material deliveries, inspections, and work sequencing Ensure all work iscompleted in accordance with plans, specifications, and companystandards Review shop drawings, submittals, and installation details asrequired Enforce punch-list standards and ensure a clean, organizedproject turnover Champion jobsite safety by enforcing OSHA, HAZCOM, andcompany safety programs Conduct toolbox talks, safety meetings, and siteorientations Maintain detailed jobsite documentation including dailylogs, photos, schedules, and as-built drawings Monitor labor andsubcontractor performance to ensure high-quality outcomes TravelRequirements Travel throughout Wisconsin for active projects Ability tomobilize on short notice as projects require Opportunities to traveloutside of Wisconsin in the future as the portfolio expands Company-paidtravel, lodging, and per diem when overnight travel is required WhatYou'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Construction Management,Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience 1-3 years of experienceas a Superintendent or in a similar field leadership role Strongunderstanding of construction sequencing, means, and methods Ability toread and interpret construction drawings and specifications Excellentorganizational, communication, and time-management skills Proficiency inMicrosoft Office and Microsoft Project Valid driver's license withflexibility to travel as needed A positive attitude, adaptability, and astrong team-oriented mindset Compensation & Benefits $110,000-$130,000annual salary, based on experience Company-paid travel, lodging, and perdiem (when applicable) Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) witha 6% company match 18 days of paid time off 11.5 paid holidays Paidparental leave Long- and...
