THE ROLE: In this role, you'lllead the charge in expanding Daniels Health's footprint in the acutecare space. You'll take ownership of an existing customer portfoliowhile building strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities,and driving strategic account development. This is a high-visibilityrole perfect for someone who thrives on connecting with stakeholders,navigating complex healthcare environments, and delivering results.Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to drive revenuegrowth, reduce costs, and improve profitability. Grow the client baseand expand the regional book of business to meet annual targets. Planand manage customer outreach using Salesforce to identify newopportunities. Travel within the territory to meet prospects andstrengthen client relationships. Maintain existing clientrelationships and support smooth transitions to account managers. Present our full range of products and services to key stakeholders. Align client needs with business strengths and prepare tailoredproposals. Collaborate on contract development and lead negotiationswith clients. Research market trends and identify new businessopportunities. Support upselling and portfolio growth within existingaccounts. Track performance and work with the Account Manager torefine strategies and improve results. Requirements 7+ years ofindustry experience Strong relationship building and stakeholdermanagement skills Experience with design and implementation ofbusiness development strategies Strong conflict resolutioncapabilities Proven ability to negotiate Hospital services orrelated service industry experience highly desirable Excellent verbaland written communication skills Possesses self-motivation and theability to motivate a team Strong presentation skills with valuebased selling confidence Outstanding computer-based skills; , Microsoft Office, etc. $87,173 - $131,019 a yearActual compensation packages are based on several factors that areunique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depthof experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may bedifferent in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.The total compensation package for this position may also include anannual performance bonus, benefits, and/or other applicable incentivecompensation plans.
