Why You'll LoveThis Role Cribl is expanding its Legal Team to meet its rapidly growingneeds In this role, you'll be part of a high-performing, collegial andfun Legal Team that partners closely with our product, GTM, and securityand compliance teams and directly contributes to driving Cribl'sgrowth. This role reports to the Director, Product and IntellectualProperty. As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will... Implement andmaintain Cribl's privacy program, including program management,identifying priorities, and ensuring compliance with global privacy lawsand regulations; Provide practical guidance to product, marketing andother teams on legal and privacy issues, including on related generativeartificial intelligence laws and regulations; Collaboratecross-functionally to identify issues, propose solutions and drivebusiness outcomes; Remain current on the evolving privacy landscape,anticipate trends and educate team members accordingly; Negotiateprivacy-related agreements in support of sales transactions. We are aremote-first company and work happens across many time-zones - you maybe required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard workinghours. If You've Got It - We Want It 3-5 years of privacy experience(CIPP/US and/or CIPM certification a bonus), preferably at an enterprisesoftware and SaaS company or similar technical experience; Demonstrated proficiency with U.S. and global privacy laws, includingGDPR & CCPA; Strong project management skills with an emphasis onbeing detail-oriented and organized and an ability to identifypriorities and execute; Passion for privacy law, technology, and theintersection of each, as well as an eagerness to learn in a rapidlyevolving landscape and growing business needs; Comfort in a remoteenvironment, self-motivated to work asynchronously and independentlywhile managing different time zones; Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills, including cross-functionally; A collaboratorwith a great sense of humor and ability to think creatively; and Juris Doctorate and a relevant license to practice law in good standing.Salary Range ($129,000 - $202,000) The salary for this role isdependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the rangedescribed will be based on the individual candidate's job-relatedknowledge, skills, and experience.
