As a MarketingCoordinator in our Madison office, you will help us empower our clientsto achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save globalenvironments, and create a better, greener future for all. Why we needyou: You will assist the Director of Business Development in trackingleads, developing team strategies, conducting market research, preparingproposals and interview materials/presentations, and managing all themarketing information. Expertise of our most successful MarketingCoordinators: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing,Communications, English, Architecture, Engineering Technology, orrelated field. 2+ years of experience in marketing professionalservices, preferably within the A/E/C industry Microsoft Officeexperience required. Experience with CRM software a plus. Experiencewith Adobe InDesign and Photoshop software a plus. Effective skills tohelp you flourish: Strong spoken and written communications skills.Excellent organization and time management skills. Quick technicalcomprehension and motivation focused on client outcomes. Able toeffectively prioritize multiple tasks. Effective working individuallyand within team environments.
