PURPOSE AND SCOPE Thisinternship is designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience withinRite-Hite's Finance organization. Interns will support one or morefinance functions-such as Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A),Controlling, Tax, or Treasury-through project-based work and day-to-dayanalytical support. The role offers exposure to core financialprocesses, cross-functional business partners, and finance terns will gain practical experience applying financial and accountingconcepts while developing technical, analytical, and professional skillsin a corporate environment. We are seeking high-potential, motivatedstudents with a strong interest in pursuing a career in finance oraccounting. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Contribute to theFinance team through assigned projects and analytical support, with afocus on developing business acumen, technical capability, andprofessional judgment Partner with Finance team members and internalstakeholders to understand objectives, scope deliverables, and executiontimelines Own the day-to-day completion of assigned workstreams, withcoaching and guidance from a manager and mentors Assist with financialanalysis, reporting, data validation, and process documentation,depending on functional assignment Support ongoing finance processessuch as forecasting, variance analysis, month-end activities, cashmanagement, tax compliance support, or internal reporting Communicateproject outcomes, insights, and recommendations to finance leadershipand business partners Demonstrate strong organizational skills whilemanaging multiple priorities and deadlines What you can expect: Hybridschedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote - flexibility to supportyour productivity and learning.
