You'll gain hands-on experience in supplychain operations while working cross-functionally with internal teamsand global suppliers to support safety, quality, delivery, and costobjectives. This position is based onsite at our South Harbor locationin Milwaukee's Harbor District. The target start date is Summer 2026,with the opportunity to continue part-time through theFall 2026semester.We offer full-time hours during the summer and flexible schedulingduring the academic year. Key Job Responsibilities Support subcontractoperations by assisting with projects related to supplier performance,quality, delivery, and cost. Communicate with internal stakeholders andglobal suppliers to respond to requests and resolve issues. Assist withtracking material shipments, delivery status, and subcontractdocumentation. Analyze data, maintain databases, and support reportingneeds for the team. Help execute purchase orders, review exceptionmessages, and support expediting activities. Participate in continuousimprovement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, and cycletime. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure supplier output meetsbusiness requirements. Qualifications/Requirements Currently pursuing abachelor's or master's degree in Business, Supply Chain/OperationsManagement, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Sophomore,Junior, Senior, or graduate student in good academic standing. Strongorganizational and time-management skills with the ability to managemultiple priorities. Effective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Preferred Qualifications Coursework or interest in data analysis,economics, or mathematics. Exposure to supply chain concepts, ERPsystems, or MRP (SAP experience is a plus). Familiarity with purchasing,inventory control, or manufacturing processes.
