HCM Oracle Analyst

Description We are looking for an experienced HCM Oracle Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Oracle Cloud and enterprise application testing to support various modules critical to organizational success. The position offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate on innovative solutions and contribute to optimizing workforce-related processes. Responsibilities: u2022 Conduct thorough testing of Oracle Cloud applications to ensure functionality and reliability. u2022 Develop comprehensive test scripts and cases tailored to Oracle Cloud modules. u2022 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable configurations. u2022 Provide expertise in core modules such as Recruiting, Talent & Touchpoints, and Workforce Compensation. u2022 Support the implementation and optimization of Workforce Scheduling and Labor Optimization tools. u2022 Utilize HR Service Delivery solutions, including Help Desk functionalities, to enhance user experience. u2022 Leverage Oracle Analytics to provide insights and improve decision-making processes. u2022 Design and maintain client-side scripting to enhance system performance. u2022 Create and manage business requirement documents to streamline project workflows. u2022 Deliver API and Salesforce development support to ensure seamless integration across platforms. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise application testing. u2022 At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud testing. u2022 Proven ability to develop test scripts and cases for Oracle Cloud modules. u2022 Familiarity with Recruiting, Talent & Touchpoints, and Workforce Compensation modules. u2022 Strong understanding of HR Service Delivery and Workforce Scheduling applications. u2022 Proficient in client-side scripting and configuration management. u2022 Experience in API and Salesforce development. u2022 Ability to create detailed business requirement documents and work collaboratively with teams.
