Swiss Machinist (2nd and 3rd Shift) - Cleveland, Ohio - JOB 25-01683Pay Rate: $20.00 - $36.00/HR + $1 Shift Premium - Permanent Position with Benefits4 / 10 Hour Days (3) Day WeekendA growing Cleveland, Ohio Manufacturing Firm seeks experienced CNC Swiss Machinists. Candidate must know how to read blueprints / work instructions, set-up, load and edit CNC programs, and operate CNC machines to mill, drill, ream, and tap parts.REQUIREMENTS:u2022 Candidate must have a High School Diploma, GED, or Higher Level of Education with a minimum of (1 to 2) years of experience setting-up and operating a Swiss CNC machine.u2022 Candidate must be able to read and understand blueprints to include both written and verbal work instructions.u2022 Candidate is required to down load CNC programs from the network server, edit programs as required, selects and loads tooling, installs fixtures, and sets reference points for programs. Make adjustments to meet part specifications.u2022 Candidate is required to inspect and measure machined parts using a variety of gauges from calipers, micrometers, thread gages, depth micrometers, surface plate with height gage, and other equipment.u2022 Candidate must be capable of performing basic math calculations such as decimal/fraction conversions and reading measuring tools.Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.Due to the large amount of resumes we expect to receive only the most qualified candidates will be contacted.
