International Manufacturing Manager

As an International Manufacturing Manager, you will drive global manufacturing performance improvement through equipment, process engineering, and product engineering collaboration.u00a0Duties & Responsibilities:Manufacturing Process Leadershipu00a0- Coach International manufacturing engineering and operations management for development.- Lead technical process improvement and troubleshooting support on metal and plastic fabrication processes.u00a0- Drive global productivity as measured by process KPIs.- Align international sites on operations standards (GOS)u00a0Production Equipment Strategyu00a0- Manage fleet of manufacturing equipment identifying risks, supporting significant downtime recovery.u00a0- Maintain and update global proprietary machine design drawing catalog.- Lead global machine maintenance strategy with systems to improve asset availability.u00a0- Review and support new capital equipment business case development driving productivity improvements with standardization.u00a0Operations Support and Technical Expertiseu00a0- Introduce new advances in manufacturing equipment and tooling. u00a0u00a0- Assess overall operations performance and drive improvement actions.u00a0- Maintain knowledge of shop floor operations, product mix and characteristics, and general business processing requirements.- Accommodate occasional requests for support outside of essential functions listed above as required to support business objectives.Qualifications & Requirements:- B.S.
