Job Description

As an International Manufacturing Manager, you will drive global manufacturing performance improvement through equipment, process engineering, and product engineering collaboration.u00a0Duties & Responsibilities:Manufacturing Process Leadershipu00a0- Coach International manufacturing engineering and operations management for development.- Lead technical process improvement and troubleshooting support on metal and plastic fabrication processes.u00a0- Drive global productivity as measured by process KPIs.- Align international sites on operations standards (GOS)u00a0Production Equipment Strategyu00a0- Manage fleet of manufacturing equipment identifying risks, supporting significant downtime recovery.u00a0- Maintain and update global proprietary machine design drawing catalog.- Lead global machine maintenance strategy with systems to improve asset availability.u00a0- Review and support new capital equipment business case development driving productivity improvements with standardization.u00a0Operations Support and Technical Expertiseu00a0- Introduce new advances in manufacturing equipment and tooling. u00a0u00a0- Assess overall operations performance and drive improvement actions.u00a0- Maintain knowledge of shop floor operations, product mix and characteristics, and general business processing requirements.- Accommodate occasional requests for support outside of essential functions listed above as required to support business objectives.Qualifications & Requirements:- B.S. Degree in Engineering.- Minimum of five years of experience in manufacturing process engineering.- Minimum of five years of operations management experience driving efficiency improvements.- Working knowledge of manufacturing technology and processing methods.- Experience in at least 2 of the following: Stamping, Forging, CNC Machining, Casting, or Plastic Injection Moldingu00a0- Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerBIu00a0- Familiarity with MRP and capacity and production planning software.u00a0Travel Requirements:u00a0- 30% (ability to travel internationally to all of our locations is required)u00a0Other Qualifications/Requirements or Skills:- Experience coaching and teaching is required.u00a0- Experience preparing and presenting to large group of professionals.u00a0- Multilingual and international experience preferred.- Proven ability to simultaneously handle a wide assortment of projects involving several departments and locations.- Project management experience is essential.- Must possess mobility to work in a standard plant and office setting and to use standard office. equipment, including computer, stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, strength to lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone.Benefits:401(k) with a company match equal to 25% of the first 8% of pre-tax dollars contributed by the employee for the first two yearsu00a0Enrollment in company profit sharing after two yearsMedical, dental & vision insurance, including free preventative careWellness & Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Health care flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, & life insurancePaid time off, paid company holidays, and vacation purchase programShort & long-term disabilityParental & family leave; military leaveInclusive & welcoming compan
