Key Responsibilities: Business Development - Lead high-impact pursuits in Floridau2019s aviation marketu2014identify opportunities, build winning teams, and secure major contracts. - Grow our brand by engaging with industry organizations like AAAE, ACI, FAC, ASCE, ACEC, and WTS. - Expand our reach by collaborating across business linesu2014Community Development, Buildings, Environmental Services, and PM/CM. - Be a connectoru2014build strategic relationships with airport authorities, counties, and cities. Team Leadership Build and lead a high-performing aviation team with specialized expertise. - Foster a culture of collaboration, safety, and innovation across disciplines and geographies. - Play a key role in hiring and mentoring the next generation of aviation engineers. Project Management Serve as Project Manager, Project Director, Principal, or Subject Matter Expert on major airport infrastructure projects. - Oversee project delivery with a focus on quality, budget, and schedule. - Support cross-regional efforts with our Portland, ME office and other Northeast locations. Capabilities and Credentials: - PE license in Florida (or ability to obtain within 60 days); licenses in other states a plus. - Proven success delivering projects for small, medium, and large hub airports in Florida. Education and Experience: - Bacheloru2019s degree in civil engineering or related field. - 10 to 15 years of experience in airport infrastructure design, PM, or construction.
