Learn more at Position Overview The Senior Project Engineer supports the Building Adhesive Solutions (BAS) global manufacturing network by leading highvisibility, complex capital projects from concept through commissioning. Reporting to the BAS Global Project Engineering Manager, this role is responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget while supporting capacity growth, automation, and operational excellence across multiple facilities. Primary Responsibilities Lead and execute complex capital projects using the corporate CAPEX Stage Gate process from initiation through commissioning. Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets to ensure ontime, withinbudget delivery. Prepare capital expenditure requests, cost estimates, project proposals, and business justifications. Develop engineering specifications, bid packages, and contractor scopes in alignment with corporate standards. Evaluate manufacturing operations for automation, productivity improvement, and costreduction opportunities.
