This role reports directly to the Assistant Court Administrator and involves advanced technical and analytical responsibilities in support of court operations. The Court Division Administrator oversees the Criminal Division staff responsible for statistical reporting and for supporting the service needs of twelve judicial departments. The incumbent will coordinate projects among justice partners, conduct research, formulate and interpret policies and procedures, and contribute to performance measures, personnel matters, and related operational functions. The position also serves as a primary liaison between the court and external justice partners. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for implementing new processes and procedures, as well as analyzing evolving litigation trends that may impact court operations. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Criminal Justice, Business or Public Administration or a field related to the work AND four (4) years of administrative/professional level experience in a public agency setting, two (2) years of which were in a management capacity. Possession of an advanced degree in appropriate field is desirable. Equivalent combination of formal education and appropriate related experience may be considered.
