*Position Title:** SF Operator **Division/Location/Product:** Winchester, VA. **Job Code:** OPSMFDO101 **Reports To:** Manufacturing Supervisor **Department Name/Number:** SF/ 1665204580 **Manager Approval:** Manufacturing Manager **Next Level Approval:** Sr. Manager Operations **Updated:** July 15, 2025 **Shift: 2-2-3 Shift (6PM-6AM)** Join our team as an Inspector-Assembler in the Commercial Group, where you'll play a key role in assembling and packaging an entire product or a component of a product to meet manufacturing specifications and quality standards. This hands-on position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and quality. **Responsibilities:** + Assemble and package products or components according to operator instruction sheets and production standards. + Perform routine inspections to ensure products meet quality requirements. + Use computer systems to report defects, process issues, or equipment malfunctions. + Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and reporting hazards. + Support team goals and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. + Perform other duties as assigned. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/SKILL SET:** + High school diploma or GED preferred. (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education) + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Strong team player with effective communication skills. + Forklift experience preferred.
