City : Bellevue State : Ohio (US-OH) Country : United States (US) Requisition Number : 43524 A Day in the Life:The Bunge North America Bellevue, Ohio location is looking for a Plant Electrician for our processing/refinery plant.This position is responsible for electrical maintenance and repair of production equipment in a multi-purpose soybean processing facility.Position Details:Night shift; 4:45pm-5:00am (rotating 12-hour shifts)Must have availability to work weekends and overtime as required Pay: $34.77 - $38.13What You’ll Be Doing:Repair and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipmentPerform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot motor control and lighting systemsWork with three phase motors: starter sizes, changing overloads & heaters, wiring terminations, phase rotations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairPLC main components familiarization, system troubleshooting, installation, and repairInterpret instrumentation schematics/symbols, installation, troubleshoot and repairUse HMI screens to troubleshoot and understand process controlsAC motor / VFD theories: VFD sizing, control wiring, installation and configuration, parameter modifications, VFD troubleshooting and maintenanceInstall electrical conduit, cable trays, wiring, and electrical equipmentInstall small three phase transformers (sizing & wiring)Building emergency lighting battery UPS systems and inverter controlsMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or GEDUnderstanding of industrial plant electric distribution systems & industrial plant control systemsBasic understanding of the NFPA 70E and 70B Codes (safety and testing)Ability to run rigid and flex conduit in the fieldPreferred Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of related experienceAssociates degree and / or technical certificationWorking knowledge of Electrical Hazardous Area Classifications (Class I & Class II)Benefits:Health Benefits - Offering choices so you can enroll in medical, dental and vision plans that meet your individual needs.401(k) Retirement Plan - Investing in your future with an automatic 5% company contribution AND matching up to 4% of your contributions.Family Support - Supporting new and growing families by providing 6 weeks of 100% paid parental leave and fertility coverage.Tuition Reimbursement - Contributing to your education by reimbursing $5,000 of tuition expenses annually.Vacation time- We value work-life balance and offer a generous vacation program.
