What Youu2019ll Do As a key member of our Project Safe Point team, you will: + Remain current with industry standards for syringe access programs in NYS and across the country. + Provide safer use supplies to eligible participants as part of mobile outreach team + Engage in participant recruitment activities such as outreach to community organizations and street outreach including participation in the Neighborhood Support Coalition Outreach (NSC) efforts + Conduct initial screening and/or intake activities for referred participants in need of harm reduction case management to evaluate participant needs + Implement harm reduction strategies aimed at helping individuals minimize their immediate health and safety risks.
