For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ Rate: $60.00 to $65.00/hr. w2 Responsibilities: Responsibilities + Provide day-to-day support for Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules, including troubleshooting system defects. + Configure, administer, and maintain Workday functionality for multiple country operations and union environments. + Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business needs. + Plan, execute, and document testing for enhancements, new releases, and fixes. + Gather and translate end user requirements into system specifications and designs. + Act as a liaison between IT development teams and business units during implementation and enhancement initiatives. + Evaluate new applications and identify systems requirements and alternatives. + Monitor evolving business requirements and recommend system enhancements. + Prepare communications and deliver presentations on system enhancements and alternatives. + Collaborate under the direction of a project manager to meet scope, timeline, and quality objectives. Experience Requirements: Experience Requirements + At least 2 years of hands-on Workday Time Tracking and Absence experience. + Experience supporting multi-country environments, specifically US and Canada. + Experience with multiple time and absence plans and union configurations. + Proficiency in troubleshooting Workday defects and issues. + Experience with Workday configuration, administration, reporting, and testing. + Ability to translate business requirements into system specifications. + Experience partnering with IT and business stakeholders during implementations and enhancements. _Recruitment Transparency Notice_ _Eliassen Group values transparency in our recruitment practices.
