We're seeking a Spanish speaking CRA ResidentialLoan Officer who will help expand access to homeownership in low- andmoderate-income communities. In this role, you'll build referralnetworks, guide clients through the mortgage process, and play a keypart in strengthening our CRA efforts. Key Accountabilities Originate and processresidential mortgage loan applications in compliance with regulationsand bank policies. Actively solicit and originate mortgage loans forlow- and moderate-income borrowers and communities. Develop referralsources by partnering with realtors, homebuyer counseling agencies,builders, and branch bankers. Serve as a liaison to local, state, andfederal agencies, as well as nonprofit community development groups.Provide clients with pre-qualification guidance and recommendappropriate loan programs. Maintain regular communication with loanprocessors to ensure timely loan processing. Promote Associated Bankloan programs through community involvement and networking. Identifycustomer needs and cross-sell additional bank products and services.Education & Experience Required: -2+ years residential loan processing,loan origination, or housing counseling experience with a financialinstitution, mortgage banking company, or nonprofit agency. - Spanishlanguage proficiency required to support Spanish-speaking customers.Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.This...
