Aircraft Structures Mechanic - Depot level This position is located in San Antonio, TX + Weekly pay up to $45/hour + Per diem for out of location contractors + No tools required + Open to 1st or 2nd shift needs + Open to any airframe experience Job Description Join our team as an Aircraft Structural Mechanic, where you will have the opportunity to work on the F/A-18E, F/A-18F, and F-18 Super Hornet fighter jets. Your role will involve aircraft modifications, focusing on structural and sheet-metal alterations. Responsibilities + Perform depot-level and heavy checks on aircraft, including equipment overhauls and modifications. + Implement sheet-metal modifications and structural repairs on military aircraft such as the F/A-18E, F/A-18F, and Super Hornet. + Address corrosion issues and apply high-lock solutions to maintain aircraft integrity. Essential Skills + Minimum of 3 to 7 years of recent experience in depot-level or heavy checks on any aircraft. + Proficiency in structural and sheet-metal modifications. + Experience with military aircraft, preferably F/A-18 models. Schedule: + 1st Shift: Mondayu2013Friday, 5:30 AMu20132:30 PM (overtime optional). + 2nd Shift: Mondayu2013Friday, 2:00 PMu201310:30 PM (overtime optional). Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
