HCM Oracle Analyst

Description We are looking for an experienced HCM Oracle Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role requires someone who is detail oriented and can effectively manage enterprise application testing and development, focusing on Oracle Cloud modules. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless integration and optimized functionality of systems. Responsibilities: u2022 Conduct comprehensive testing for enterprise applications, with a focus on Oracle Cloud solutions. u2022 Develop and execute detailed test scripts tailored to specific modules and functionalities within Oracle Cloud. u2022 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions. u2022 Configure and optimize Oracle modules, including Recruiting, Workforce Compensation, and Incentive Compensation. u2022 Implement and support HR Service Delivery tools, ensuring streamlined operations and user satisfaction. u2022 Provide expertise in workforce scheduling and labor optimization processes. u2022 Utilize analytics tools to generate insights that support decision-making and operational improvements. u2022 Manage API development and configuration tasks to enhance system connectivity. u2022 Support Salesforce development initiatives to align with organizational goals. u2022 Ensure proper documentation and adherence to configuration management practices. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise application testing. u2022 At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud testing. u2022 Strong knowledge of Oracle modules, including Recruiting, Workforce Compensation, and Incentive Compensation. u2022 Proficiency in developing test scripts and executing test cases for diverse systems. u2022 Familiarity with HR service delivery platforms and workforce scheduling tools. u2022 Expertise in client-side scripting and API development. u2022 Experience creating business requirement documents and managing configurations. u2022 Background in Salesforce development is a plus.
