deciBel Research has an immediate opening for a Systems Engineer in Huntsville, AL.Position Description:deciBel Research seeks a Systems Requirements Engineer in support of the Missile Defense Agency's (MDA's) Ground-Based Mid-course Defense (GMD) program on the GWS Architecture and Delivery requirements team.The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative/teams comprised of all experience levels.Education Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline from an accredited university and 2+ years of related experience or a Master's degree.Experience Requirements:- Experience using DOORS to maintain and trace requirements.- Recent requirements authoring experience.- Good communication skills.- Demonstrated ability to think critically and capture concepts in work products, presentations, and discussions.- Capable of working both independently and within a team environment.Special Skills Desired:- GMD System Experience- Test/Verification experience- CAMEO ExperienceApplicant selected must have an active Secret security clearance.
