As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards in all aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: u00b7Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued. u00b7Serve beverages and food promptly, accurately, and courteously, following standard recipes and portion control. u00b7Maintain in-depth knowledge of the beverage menu, ingredients, and other hotel outlets to confidently answer guest questions and make recommendations. u00b7Prepare, stock, and maintain the bar, including garnishes, perishables, and supplies, based on daily projections. u00b7Handle cash and register transactions accurately, ensuring accountability for all beverages served. u00b7Check guests for proper identification and manage guest inebriation according to training and local liquor laws. u00b7Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding areas, adhering to operating procedures. u00b7Promote Hilton services and facilities to guests and suppliers. u00b7Take personal responsibility for guest satisfaction, resolving issues promptly and professionally. u00b7Collaborate effectively with team members, providing support and clear communication. u00b7Follow all safety procedures and report any accidents or incidents to management. u00b7Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned by management.
