Senior Sales Account Executive SUMMARY:Responsible for promoting and selling Pace Analytical services within anassigned territory, leveraging relationships and ensuring customerretention. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Increases Market Share through newbusiness growth and increases Wallet Share of existing customers inassigned territory. Visits customer establishments to evaluate needs orto promote services as needed. Maintains customer records usingautomated systems. Negotiates prices or terms of sales or serviceagreements; quotes prices, credit terms or other bid specifications.Contacts new or existing customer to discuss how specificproducts/services can meet their needs Maintains an in-depth knowledgeof complete line of services. Provides very complex to specializedanalysis, interpretation and counsel to customers, staff, management,and functional leaders regarding sales policies, programs and practices.Provides guidance and participates in training on sales tactics to newAccount Executives. Provides guidance and develops recommendations onproduct/service features based and analyses of customers' needs and ontechnical knowledge of capabilities and limitations to meet customerrequirements. Assists with receiving customer feedback and coordinatingresources and responses as required. Analyzes and reviews operations,results, feedback and related sales information on an ongoing to asneeded basis to determine trends, draw conclusions, interpret findings,and presents results, proposals and recommendations to customers ormanagement. Ensures the accuracy of very complex to specialized salesand operational databases, reports, and related details through audits,queries, and operational reviews; works with teams to resolvediscrepancies. Assists with developing sales or cross-functional projector program objectives, which includes proposed budgets, timelines,materials, personnel, and other project requirements, receives directionand presents information to management; may develop and manage areasthat are moderate in scope or impact. Interprets and applies departmentpolicies and procedures and assists with applicable laws, rules, andregulations. Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of thedepartment's service to its customers by offering suggestions anddirecting or participating as an active member of a work team. Promotesand supports the overall mission of Pace Analytical by demonstratingcourteous and cooperative behavior when interacting with customers andstaff; acts in a manner that promotes a harmonious and effective...
