Reference #: 31074Job Family DescriptionAs a Process Engineer at Nokia's Allentown, PA facility, you will play a key role in optimizing Opto- Electronic manufacturing processes. You'll collaborate with a dynamic team focused on advancing our Intelligent Transport Network-enhancing speed, capacity, and scalability in communications. Your responsibilities will include improving yield, conducting root cause analysis, and refining mechanical assembly methods for optical modules. You'll also drive LEAN manufacturing initiatives and support cost-reduction efforts, playing a crucial part in overcoming engineering challenges for released products.
