Clinical Supervisor, LICSW, Behavioral Health We are seeking a LICSWClinical Supervisor to provide clinical supervision for staff who areproviding high quality clinical services for adults, couples, familiesand children in our In-Home Therapy and Outpatient Programs. PositionDetails: Position: Clinical Supervisor, LICSW Department: BehavioralHealth Status: Full-Time, Exempt Reports to: Director of BehavioralHealth Location: Springfield, MA (Hybrid; can work remotely two days aweek) Salary Range: $65,000-$70,000 About Us: Join our leadingbehavioral health organization dedicated to innovative, client centeredmental health services for adults, youth, and families from diverse andunderserved communities. Overview: Weare seeking a LICSW Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical supervisionfor staff who are providing high quality clinical services for adults,couples, families and children in our In-Home Therapy and OutpatientPrograms. The position will include weekly individual supervision,facilitation of clinical supervision groups, staff training, assistingin quality management, MDT, as well as other duties associated with theclinical management of our IHT and Outpatient Programs. Qualities of aClinical Supervisor that we are seeking include cultural humility,excitement about participating in a multicultural team, respect forstaff and clients, and dedication to serving traumatized clients. Thisposition will also include some direct clinical work. Qualifications:MSW, LICSW (Massachusetts) required 2 years of clinical supervisoryexperience preferred Experience working with a range of clinical issues,ages and diverse populations. A high degree of clinical judgment,creativity and initiative. Excellent communication skills. Organized andindependent functioning professional. Demonstrated ability to performjob responsibilities. Respect and appreciation of diverse cultures.Valid driver?s license and daily access to a registered and insuredvehicle.
