This is a high-impact leadership role where you will oversee all projects in progress, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest levels of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. You will guide the preparation of proposals and cost estimates, manage staffing and resources, and drive profitability while fostering innovation and technical excellence. Essential Roles and Responsibilities: + Provide and lead continuous quality monitoring and improvement on projects. Monitor and promote quality standards and practices. + Plan, schedule, conduct, and/or coordinate detailed phases of assigned project work. + Work closely with senior-level engineers to gain additional experience for more complex and larger projects. + Make design, engineering, and construction recommendations, adaptations and modifications. + Prepare proposals and reports for small and large projects of varying complexity. + Interact directly with client and project team on developing scope of services, communicating project progress and findings and recommendations. + Write and prepare routine and complex engineering reports detailing services provided, findings, and recommendations. Requirements: + Bacheloru2019s degree in technical discipline practiced by the Firm including Engineering. + Minimum 5 plus yearsu2019 experience + Masteru2019s degree in Geotechnical Engineering preferred. + Professional Engineer (PE) registration. + Valid driveru2019s license with acceptable violation history.
