ThePacker is tasked with inspecting, banding and shrink wrapping stacks offinished labels as well as assembling and packing boxes of finishedlabels. Meets safety, production, sustainability, and quality teracts with other departments to achieve company's core strategies.This is an entry level role that we intend to grow into other positionswithin the company. Bands andshrink wraps stacks of finished labels. Assembles corrugated boxes ortrays. Packs finished labels in boxes for shipment. Stacks boxes onpallet for shipment. Completes required documentation in an accurate andprompt manner. Operates a pallet jack. Complies with establishedfacility safety policies and procedures, other work instructions, andother regulations (IE: ISO, GMA SAFE, HAACP) as applicable. Interactsand behaves professionally. Treats all associates respectfully andprofessionally while maintaining company code of ethics. Responsible formaintaining daily housekeeping efforts which may include painting andcleaning of facility (interior and exterior). Travels as necessary.Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Able to spend full shiftstanding up Positive attitude The physical demands require standing,using hands to feel and touch; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear.This position requires frequent walking. Occasionally employee isrequired to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must beable to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds.
