We offer expert treatment, innovative techniques, and compassionate, child-centered care, scheduled at the family’s convenience in-home, school or community.We are currently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) that are looking to use their training and skills to make a difference in a child's life.Job Responsibilities:Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to casesDesign ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basisDesign behavior intervention plansClinically review reports and session notes on a regular basisAnalyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changesWrite reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervisedRegular communication with parentsCoordinate with Program Manager to maintain quality of casesOffer suggestions of incorporating individualized goals into family’s daily routineProvide parent and staff trainingQualifications:Master’s DegreeActive BCBA Certification from the BACBExperience working with children on the Autism spectrumValid Driver’s LicenseSucceed ABA is dedicated to the professional growth and personal happiness of all our staff.
