(Northwest suburb ofGlendaleWI.) During theremaining part of theprogram, you willbe requiredtorelocatenearthe U.S.Pacific Northwest (OR, WA,Northern CA, ID),Miami FL,WestCanada (CalgaryABor VancouverBC)orEast Canada (Toronto ON)as yourpermanentassignedlocation. Thisroleis designed to help top talent developsales fundamentals, both inside and outsidesalesskills, customer relationship building andproductexpertisefor Johnson Controls’ biggest product business unit, the Fire Suppression (FSP) group.You will report to the ACE Program Manager during the first 4 months then transition to a specificFire Suppression (FSP)SalesManager.Under general supervision, you willsupportthe FSPproduct portfolio (Water and/or Special Hazards)with commercialoperations andvarioussales responsibilities.This position will help you gainvaluablesalesexperience whileproviding aid toour customers and field sales team. Howwill youdo itProvide technical, commercial, and pricing support toFSPfieldsales personnel(Territory Managers)and customers.Developcustomerrelationships with managed andmaintainedaccounts to generate new business opportunities,promote new productintroductionsandreport feedbackAssistsales team with opportunity pipeline management and account information updates in CRM toolSupportcustomers’Request for Information (RFI) andRequest for Proposal (RFP)Develop relationships and enable cross collaborationwithcustomer serviceagents, tech supportspecialistsand field tech engineersProvide problem-solvingassistancetocustomerswhen issues arisesuch asorder management, quality concerns, pricing discrepancies, productselectionsupport, etc. Attendfrequenttraining sessions to buildFire Suppression(Water or Special Hazards)systems andproductknowledge,fundamentalsalestacticsand processesPrepare and lead internal product presentations (SME) to develop presentation and general soft skills and prepare for customer-facing situationsCreate,analyzeand customizesales reports and dashboards usingPowerBItoolPromote customer usageforour online ordering portal (Solution Navigator)and report feedbackEstablish monthly cadence with Territory Manager (Outside Sales) to attend andparticipatein customer-facing meetings and QBRsTravel to manufacturing/testing facilities and customer locations for live training and sales shadowing (approximately onceor twice per quarter)What we look forRequired:Bachelor’s degree minimum (Mechanical, IndustrialorChemicalEngineering Degree highly preferred) Recent graduate or undergraduate senior expecting to graduate betweenApr2026-Jun2026. Program starts inJun2026Proficiencywith Microsoft 365programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) Must have the ability to be in Milwaukee, WI (Glendale WI) for the firsttwelvemonthsof the program, then relocate toeitherU.S. Pacific Northwest (WA, OR, ID, Northern CA),MiamiFL, West Canada (Calgary AB or Vancouver BC) or East Canada (Toronto ON)areastotransitionto anestablishedbase. For EastCanadalocation:Must be bilingual French and EnglishForMiami FLlocation:Must be bilingual Spanish and EnglishU.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.Preferred:Technical internship experience is highly preferred Excellent communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Available to travel up to 20% - dependent upon your assignments For Miami FL location only:Fluent in Portuguese (Trilingual) is a plus
