Join us and start your extraordinary journey today.The Client Services Support Coordinator will work closely with other team members to develop and execute RPM’s corporate and regional property operations and marketing strategies and content for new business opportunities.Provide general support to the Client Services Sales team to assist and serve our clients and the company on new business opportunitiesOrganize and maintain Client Services library of support resourcesSignificant project management of new business projects, maintaining daily contact with stakeholders to understand their needs and goals, ensuring we deliver cohesive and comprehensive deliverables for our clientsProvide strategic oversight for brand, creative direction, marketing, operational content, and communicationTrack multiple moving pieces across various projects while managing overall workflow, emphasizing both attention to detail and organization.Effective time management to meet deadlines for all new business initiativesAssist as a liaison between the client and company team membersAssist with preparing pitch material completion by creating the content for the pitch decks, interfacing directly with leadership, operations, and marketing throughout the processDevelop and produce professional proposals and supporting materials to clients in numerous marketsParticipate in property operations and marketing strategy sessions, writing of content and edits/updates on proposals and presentationsShop competitors for potential projects, when neededEnsure best practice sharing and adoption across the pitch and/or proposal collateralStay informed on multifamily, economic, market, and demographic trendsAssist with department projects as neededAssist with client specific deliverables, reporting, and market researchBachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
