Intern - Technology Solutions Analyst

The Intern Technology Solutions Analyst is responsible for researching technologies and use cases for Cotiviti solutions. This internship role will report to the Director of Platform Strategy & Innovation and work on Portfolio Prospecting within the Innovation & Portfolio Management Center of Excellence (IPM). IPM Portfolio Prospecting reduces investment risk and improves speed to value through early exploratory validation, development, and delivery of solutions. Portfolio Prospecting is tasked with maintaining transparency into the strategic environment and positioning Cotiviti with validated long-term pathways to competitive advantage.Preferred location is South Jordan, Utah, but will consider remote across the US as well.Business analysis of company solutions, products, services, and platformsResearch into the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of targeted technologiesTechnical and business writing of white papers and use casesExploratory development, configuration, and engineering of prototype and POC technologiesPresentation of project findings and proposalsEnrolled in higher education BS or MS program with technology-related majorBachelor of Science majors are matriculated and have completed 12 credit hours of relevant course workBasic familiarity with a common programming language, e.g., Python, Java, C++, or JavaScriptBasic familiarity with SQL and relational databasesStrong research and writing skillsSelf-motivated and self-organizing worker and learnerStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred location is South Jordan, Utah, but will consider remote across the US as well.Pay Transparency:Base compensation ranges from $21.00/hr to $26.00/hr.
