That's why we employ dedicated teams of customer service and sales representatives, and operations personnel to ensure each of our customers are offered the same attention to detail.We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will analyze sales trends, publisher policies, and reporting data to determine optimal stocking levels for course materials. The Inventory Coordinator supports cost control and margin improvement through data-driven purchasing decisions that minimize overstock and backorders. This position collaborates cross-functionally to ensure inventory availability and support departmental performance goals. Analyze historical sales data, publisher policies, and market information to make accurate, data-driven purchasing and stocking decisionsDetermine and manage optimal stocking levels for course materials, anticipating demand to reduce costs, improve margins, and prevent back-orders or excess inventoryMonitor and manage high-risk and custom inventory to minimize financial exposureServe as a subject matter expert on course materials, including new editions, bundled packages, substitutions, and adoption changesAct as a liaison between Acquisitions and Client Representatives to ensure timely inventory availabilityReview and analyze reports on a scheduled basis and take appropriate action based on findingsIdentify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of operational enhancementsResolve inventory-related issues and support team problem-solving effortsBachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, both independently and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer applicationsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlinesMaintains a high level of accuracy and dependability, including consistent attendance and punctualityWe believe your success is our success, and we’re committed to supporting you in every aspect of life.
