You must be able to recognize potential breakdown issues before they happen and make theappropriate recommendationsto the customer. You must also be comfortable asking for money and deliver excellent communication skills.Essential Job FunctionsPerform skilled maintenance and service on HVAC systems, including duct workSubmit customer invoices viacompanyiPad, correctly documenting customer equipment information, diagnostics, and all recommended repairs.Perform proper maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems thatpreventssystems from breaking down and provide safety and comfort for our clients.Communicate options to clients for maintenance, repairs, and replacement, IAQ, and insulationAbility to speak andmaintainprofessionalism to customers, team members, and vendors.Ability toworka flexible schedule andmaintainattendance based on business needs.Ensure new/returning customers’ concerns are addressed and handled appropriately,timely, and inan accuratemanner.Ability to manage stress, difficult, or emotional customer situations.Operating company vehicles, and you will be expected to follow all state and federal laws, as well asmaintainthe cleanliness and routine maintenance of the vehicles.Safety responsibilities & requirements will be provided in training, and no tolerance will be accepted for disregard of safety instructions.Operate a variety of hand and power tools, meters, hand tools, and all other test equipmentutilizedin the trade.Essential Job RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to adequately perform each essential duty.
