Your responsibilities include:Provides technical leadership, holding ultimate accountability for defining the overarching ISR architectural vision, policies, and strategic direction for the TaskOrder, including leading Accelerated Commercial Adoption (e.g., Tech/C2ISR Roadmap and Capability Backlog) .Chairs the Modernization and Innovation Cell (MIC), including building out Peraton Innovation Consortium/Partner Network, to unite ISR experts across Peraton and partners to accelerate new capability (e.g., Lab-to-Warfighter, Commerciality initiatives).Establishes enterprise-level goals and long-range strategic plans (e.g., Value Stream Mapping) for all ISR architectural activities, ensuring that ISR excellence drives mission-criticalobjectives, overall governance, and quality across the global C2ISR infrastructure.Serves as the principal authority on complex ISR architectural challenges, technological innovation in sensor-to-shooter timelines, and advanced ISR methodologies, guiding program leadership on critical decisions affecting C2ISR capabilities.Directs and controls all ISR architectural initiatives and teams across the TO, holding ultimate responsibility for strategic planning, resource allocation, process methodologies, and ensuring that all ISR architectural efforts contribute to delivering mission-criticalobjectives.Leverages deep domain and expert technical knowledge to conduct comprehensive ISR architectural reviews, develop advanced mitigation strategies for systemic architecturalrisks (e.g., data overload, latency issues, cross-domain data fusion), and integrate innovative, proactive ISR solutions into the TO's overall management.Engages in high-level client negotiations and strategic interfacing with senior management, shaping ISR architectural policies, resource allocation, and technical standards with critical impact on C2ISR mission effectiveness, global operational readiness, and the long-term success of theTask Order.Required qualifications:Previousexperience asaChief ISR Architector similar rolesupporting a DoD customer at the CCMDlevelMinimum of16years’experiencewith a BS/BA degree or14years’ experience with a MS/MA or10years’ experience with a Ph.D. OR 20 years without a degree OR 18 years with AS/AAA current, active DoD security clearanceat the TS/SCI levelUS citizenship isrequiredDOD 8140 Compliance based on functional role for WRC: 651 Enterprise Architect. Advanced Level / ability to obtainDesiredQualifications:DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.Work Environment:Location: Tampa, FLOn-site expectations: Full-time on-site presencerequiredfor equipment management and asset trackingTravel: May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites forlogisticscoordination and facility assessmentsWhy Join Us? Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
