Work with the Mechanical, Electrical, teams to develop firmware for new and existing products. Work with the software engineering teams to integrate products into our Cloud Applications while making sure products are secure and easy to use.Design and develop the functionality of next generation systemsBe able to multi-task and independently manage the requirements of several projects in parallelDesign and development of features in Embedded applicationDevelop low-level software to turn on hardware platforms for various devicesWork collaboratively with other team members and disciplines to test and debug control implementations in the operational system environmentContribute to the end-to-end product development life cycleWork with both the local and overseas teams to develop firmware based on defined architecturePlay an active role in the designing of new products, to lessen the amount of work required in firmware.Understand and implement best architectural practices.Minimize current consumption of all products through hardware and firmware changes.Integration, validation and debug of distributed embedded systemsBachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience5+ years of experience with embedded FW development.Previous work with embedded platforms; ARM, STM, NRF platforms preferred.Bare Metal C Programming in embedded systems, RTOS, LinuxExperience in communication protocols such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and ZigbeeExperience in modern microcontroller platforms and the respective toolsKnowledge of RTOS, Microprocessor ARM, Computer architectureStrong analytical skills and ability to collect information and identify fundamental patterns/trends in data.
