Lauderdale. The team specializes in leasing lifestyle and power centers throughout Florida, so experience with leasing for these properties would be a plus. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a passion for client service, a strong network, and a proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, commission-based environment. You will be a key player in a collaborative, principal-led firm that provides a full suite of integrated real estate services.Actively prospect for and secure new clients, building a strong pipeline of business through networking, cold calling, and leveraging your professional relationships.Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the local commercial real estate market, including property values, market trends, and economic indicators, to provide expert advice to clients.Serve as a trusted advisor to clients. Provide strategic counsel on real estate decisions that support their business goals, whether they are a tenant or a landlord.Collaborate with marketing and research teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and property marketing materials that effectively position opportunities.Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, tenants and other industry professionals.Partner effectively with other Avison Young service lines, such as project management, property management, and capital markets, to provide holistic and integrated client solutions.And of course, other duties as assigned.A bachelor's degree is required.Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in retail leasing.
