We value our team members like family and truly believe in a sustainable future.Role Highlights:New manufacturing facility located in Aurora, COCompetitive Salary and Stock OptionsOutstanding Career Opportunity to Join an established Start-Up Manufacturer, bringing first-of-its-kind products into existenceCreate 3D models using Solidworks, and develop 2D Engineering drawings of parts andassembliesDesign tooling and support equipment for manufacturing new productsDevelop test plans and criteria for evaluating, or predicting, success of new products in theirintended environmentDesign, order, build, oversee construction of fixtures, devices, hardware for testingWork on projects with senior engineers and take initiative to take on tasks and projectsCoordinate with production team to plan and run experimentsRun tests and gather dataRoot cause and troubleshoot issues or unexpected resultsData Analysis, reporting, and conclusion generationMaintain SolidWorks PDM, support process for Production Release readinessWork on proof of concept designs, tools, and fixtures that demonstrate new capabilitiesDevelop a productive working relationship with other employees across the company, not justthe Engineering teamSupport manufacturing engineers with identifying or developing equipment, fixtures, andtooling, for improving process efficiency and worker safetyGiven the startup environment, assist with a variety of other tasks needed to advance company goals and objectivesRole Reporting:The Mechanical Engineering II role will be reporting to the Director of EngineeringBachelors degree in engineeringStrong SolidWorks skillset, including modeling, assemblies, and drawingsMicrosoft Office, Excel, Word - Google Apps & Email3-5 years developing industrial products and/or tooling and fixturesAbility to work in a manufacturing settingTest planning, data capture and analysis involving electro-mechanical equipmentHistory of taking small projects from start to finish with minimal oversightWorking knowledge of how to use and operate various tools and power toolsStrong Analysis skillsA Passion for learning new skillsAbility to work in a fast paced, dynamic startupGreat attitude and team player!PREFERRED SKILLSFEA, and Simulation ExperienceExperience working with and around Production lines and Manufacturing EquipmentNotion, connected workspace platformPay scale varies on experience ($80k - $105k)· Stock options· Medical/Dental/Life· PTO
