This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities across Legal and functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives as a trusted partner to executive leadership.Executive & Administrative SupportManage complex calendars for the CHRO and General Counsel, including scheduling internal and external meetings, and legal or HR-sensitive discussionsCoordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, expense reporting, and logisticsPrepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, reports, and briefing materialsServe as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, external counsel, board members, and senior leadersOrganizational SupportHandle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalismAssist with legal- and compliance-related administrative tasks, including document organization, signature tracking, and deadline monitoringCoordinate with outside counsel and internal legal teams as directed by the General CounselMaintain organized filing systems for legal and HR documents, ensuring compliance with record-retention policiesSupport CHRO with confidential meetings and materials that may be related to executive meetings, talent reviews, compensation discussions, and employee relations mattersAssist with preparation for board and committee meetingsAssist with internal departmental reportingTrack action items and follow up on deliverables across HR and Legal leadership teamsTake primary responsibility for setting up vendors and paying their invoices for services to HR & legalAssist with budget tracking and adherenceOperational ExcellenceAnticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling or logistical conflictsManage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting tight deadlinesImprove administrative processes and workflows to increase efficiencyCoordinate cross-functional meetings and initiatives as neededWork closely with other executive assistants and senior leaders to foster an agile, high-performance culture5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant supporting C-suite or senior executivesExperience working with confidential, sensitive, or legally privileged informationExceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skillsHigh level of professionalism, integrity, and discretionHigh proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook PreferredExperience supporting HR, Legal, or Compliance leadershipFamiliarity with board governance processesExperience in a fast-growing or complex corporate environmentProficiency with Microsoft Visio and SharePoint.Competencies & AttributesStrong judgment and decision-making abilityCalm and effective under pressureProactive, resourceful, and solutions-orientedExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organizationAbility to manage ambiguity and shifting prioritiesIn exchange for your expertise, HireRight offers an excellent employee benefit package which includes:• Medical• Dental• Vision• Paid Life/AD&D Insurance• Voluntary Life Insurance• Short- & Long-Term Disability• Flexible Spending Accounts• 401K• Generous Vacation and Sick Program• 10 Paid Holidays• Education Assistance Program• Business Casual Attire• Generous Referral Program• Employee Discounts and Rewards• And much more!*All resumes are held in confidence.
