SOUND Behavioral Health is welcoming a Director of Digital Marketing and Marketing to our team in Tukwila, WA, to help share our mission with more community members.We are one of King County’s most comprehensive providers of quality mental health and addiction treatment services, supporting our area’s most vulnerable populations.The Director of Digital Marketing and Marketing (DDMM) reports to the Chief Impact and Community Engagement Officer (CICEO) and serves as a key strategic business partner to develop and execute SOUND’s digital and marketing strategy. Schedule:Typically Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, with some flexibility for evening or weekend events.Location: Hybrid with weekly in-office expectations at our Tukwila office (6400 Southcenter Blvd, Tukwila, WA 98188).Applications will be accepted until February 13, 2026.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIESLead the company’s digital transformation and challenge/optimize existing go-to-market strategies and internal processes.Drive market effectiveness and share marketing best practices to ensure the right marketing strategy is in place.Set creative direction and standards; promote brand awareness and assist in developing regional marketing plans, budgets, and human resources based on customer research, business needs, and market trends; deploy marketing playbook with support of local marketing resources.Work with corporate and operational teams to design, test, and implement programs that further expand awareness of the company’s value to its clients, donors, community stakeholders, and partners, including government support agencies and community leaders.Establish and drive benchmarks to determine the effectiveness of marketing programs and support decision making; define key marketing KPIs and design a marketing dashboard to share with the executive team and board.Endorse best-in-class client and donor experience at all touchpoints across functions; define and implement metrics to track client and donor satisfaction within each brand and create local market response programs; conduct client and donor surveys as required and analyze client and donor complaints.Assess donor-facing technology platforms to ensure company brands are at the forefront of innovation, including social media and review sites.Promote a mobile-first approach to engage all stakeholders (clients, donors, partners, lead generators/ aggregators, technicians, staff, etc.); ensure technicians and others are equipped to handle digital tools in the field (training, devices, etc.).Support the development team in diligence of the target’s existing marketing programs and help validate the target’s marketing budget.Benchmark donor segment candidates and create templates for new donor acquisition marketing activities, including due diligence, integration, and communication plans.Other duties as assigned.KEY WORK RELATIONSHIPSDevelops and maintains collaborative working relationships across departments, engaging with team members, management, and leadership in a manner that values diverse perspectives and lived experiences.
