FP&A Director

Description We are looking for an experienced FP& A Director to lead financial strategy and analysis for a dynamic private equity-backed company. This role will be pivotal in driving business decisions through advanced financial insights and ensuring long-term planning aligns with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings effectively to executive leadership. Responsibilities: u2022 Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data and business intelligence to identify opportunities for enhancing performance and efficiency. u2022 Develop and deliver actionable insights to executive leaders to support strategic decision-making. u2022 Oversee and mentor a team of analysts, fostering collaboration across different departments. u2022 Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes to ensure alignment with company objectives. u2022 Ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and maintain robust financial controls. u2022 Simplify and communicate complex financial concepts to teams without financial expertise. u2022 Partner closely with leadership to align financial strategies with overall business goals. u2022 Implement and optimize systems to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency. u2022 Monitor cash flow and assess financial risks to safeguard the company's financial health. Requirements u2022 Extensive experience in financial analysis and strategic problem-solving, with at least 10 years in the field. u2022 Proven ability to present complex financial data to executive teams in a clear and compelling manner. u2022 Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and business intelligence tools. u2022 Strong background in working within private equity-backed organizations. u2022 Expertise in analyzing financial statements and cash flow modeling. u2022 Solid understanding of business systems and their application to financial processes. u2022 Knowledge of BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) regulations and compliance requirements. u2022 Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to manage and develop teams effectively.
