Description Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer Location: Remote (Must work Pacific Time hours) Compensation: $150,000 base salary + performance bonus About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to independently design, build, and scale complex Salesforce solutions that support critical business systems and integrations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote environment, takes ownership end-to-end, and enjoys solving challenging technical problems across Salesforce and cloud platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable applications, integrations, and data pipelines while following best practices for performance, security, and maintainability. Requirements Key Responsibilities + Independently design, develop, and implement highly complex, scalable Salesforce applications using: + Advanced Apex + Complex Lightning Web Components (LWC) + Advanced declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, validations, approvals) + Architect and maintain robust back-end services, APIs, and automation workflows using Node.js and Python + Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and data integrity + Build and manage data pipelines and ETL processes on the Azure platform and Salesforce Data 360 + Develop and maintain cloud-based solutions leveraging Azure and/or AWS + Optimize application performance, data models, and automation for scale + Ensure adherence to Salesforce and cloud security best practices + Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions + Provide technical leadership, documentation, and guidance for ongoing enhancements and support Required Qualifications + 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience + Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce declarative automation + Strong experience building and consuming REST/SOAP APIs + Proficiency in Node.js and Python for backend services and integrations + Hands-on experience with Azure, including ETL pipelines and cloud services + Strong understanding of data architecture, integration patterns, and scalable system design + Experience working independently in a remote environment + Ability to work Pacific Time (PST) hours + Drive the implementation of Einstein Copilot, predictive analytics, and generative AI features into critical marketing and sales workflows, focusing on optimization and measurable business outcomes.
