If youu2019re detailu2011oriented and enjoy handsu2011on work, this is the perfect opportunityu2014no experience required u2b50 Position Overview As a Cleanroom Medical Device Assembler , you will work with microscopes and small precision tools to assemble intricate catheter components such as coiling wire and microu2011tubing. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in accuracy, consistency, and quality. Shift: Mondayu2013Saturday Start Time: 5:00 AM Hours: 10u2011hour shifts 45u201355 hours per week Overtime available and expected. ? Key Responsibilities + Assemble small catheter components using a microscope and fine hand tools. + Work inside a cleanroom environment while following strict safety and quality procedures. + Use equipment such as: + Coil, hot box, and iron soldering tools + UV bonding tools + Precision measuring instruments (rulers, VIS, snap gauges, calipers, micrometers) + Complete GDP reviews and maintain accurate work orders in an ERP system. + Perform cycle counts of cleanroom inventory. ? Essential Skills + Comfortable working under a microscope for extended periods. + Ability to handle small parts and perform detailed assembly work. + Prior cleanroom or lab experience is helpful but not required. + Familiarity with soldering, UV bonding, or medical device tools is a plus. ?
