Job Description Insight Global is looking for a SEO Manager for a leading company in the Fintech space. Weu2019re looking for a senior SEO leader to own our endu2011tou2011end search strategy across both traditional search engines (Google/Bing) and the emerging answer/generative engines ecosystem (AEO = Answer Engine Optimization; GEO = Generative Engine Optimization). Youu2019ll pair deep technical SEO with content, analytics, and experimentation to grow highu2011intent traffic and qualified conversions across our payments and fintech products. Youu2019ll operate as a handsu2011on strategist and builderu2014partnering with Product, Marketing, Web, and Compliance. We can pay $57-62hour. Handsu2011on experience with AEO/GEO, LLM search optimization, and semantic/structured content strategies. Prior use of Profound or similar analytics tools for AI search insights and strategy planning. Understanding of how GenAI models surface information, including entity relevance, promptu2011driven ranking, and knowledgeu2011graphu2011based optimization. Ability to design and execute experiments improving content retrieval and ranking across both traditional and AIu2011driven search. Exceptional analytical skills with comfort evaluating organic performance, content opportunities, and competitive landscapes. Strong partnership skillsu2014capable of working closely with developers, technical writers, DevRel, and marketing teams. Experience working with or learning from worldu2011class SEO/AEO organizations (e.g., Stripe has many strong practitioners).
