Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description Our team is seeking to add two Maintenance Group Leaders to their growing team to help with a new initiative. The Maintenance Group Leader oversees a team of skilled union hourly workers to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and adherence to union agreements, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment. u2022u2003Lead and support maintenance operations across multiple tasks and priorities u2022u2003Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventative maintenance u2022u2003Drive accountability and performance through effective team leadership u2022u2003Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and corporate policies u2022u2003Collaborate across departments to meet production goals u2022u2003Manage labor, inventory, and machinery usage efficiently u2022u2003Support electric and autonomous vehicle manufacturing initiatives We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
