We provide specialized care in various state-of-the-art settings, including an Neonatal Intensive Care Unit with private family-centered rooms, an Advanced Center for Pediatric Surgery handling nearly 4,000 cases each year, and one of the few pediatric oncology programs in the area. + Weu2019re also Central Floridau2019s only pediatric provider for bone marrow transplant, kidney transplant, Gamma Knife services, trilogy radiation and Level III epilepsy care. The role youu2019ll contribute: + Participates in quality improvement activities and reports concerns regarding patient care quality. + Recognize signs of deterioration and escalate care appropriately. + Actively involve and educate parents/caregivers in the childu2019s plan of care, fostering a trusting partnership. + Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including medication administration checks, patient ID verification, and fall prevention practices. + Other duties as assigned.
